Our team of 20 coaches, consultants, and support professionals is one of Uganda's most diverse — spanning backgrounds in business, psychology, HR, education, law, and the arts. What unites us is a shared passion for helping people grow and an unshakeable belief in Uganda's potential.

Every coach at Elevate Uganda holds a minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field and an ICF-recognised coaching certification. They bring an average of 9 years of professional experience before joining our team — because we believe great coaches must first be great professionals.
