Who We Are

Uganda's Coaching Firm Built by Ugandans, for Ugandans

Elevate Uganda Consulting & Coaching was founded in 2014 by a group of passionate human development professionals who saw a glaring gap in Uganda's professional landscape. While businesses were growing rapidly, the human capacity to lead, communicate, and collaborate wasn't keeping pace.

"We believe that the Pearl of Africa's greatest asset is its people — and we exist to help those people shine."

Starting from a small shared office in Nakasero, Kampala, our team of four has grown into a 20-strong practice with a reach spanning Kampala, Entebbe, Gulu, Mbarara, Jinja, and Mbale. We have coached over 500 professionals, facilitated more than 200 corporate workshops, and partnered with 85+ organisations ranging from fast-growing SMEs to international NGOs and government agencies.

Our approach is deeply practical, culturally grounded, and relationship-centred. We don't just deliver training programmes — we build transformative partnerships with every client we serve.

A Space Designed for Growth

Our main office, nestled in the heart of Nakasero, Kampala, is designed to inspire reflection, conversation, and transformation. From our light-filled coaching rooms to our collaborative workshop spaces, every corner of the office is built with the client in mind.

We also operate satellite offices in Mbarara and Gulu, and offer flexible virtual coaching for clients across Uganda and East Africa.
